Eligible Items:

The Indian renewable shoe brand (hereinafter referred to as "Brand") will accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that are damaged or altered

Products that are used or worn

Requesting a Return:

To request a return, the User must contact the Brand at info@reroute.store and provide their order number, the reason for the return, and whether they would like a refund or exchange. The Brand will provide the User with instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

The User is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Brand, unless the return is due to a defect or error by the Brand.


The Brand will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned product, minus any shipping and handling charges, within 3 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. The Brand will issue the refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.


The Brand will offer an exchange for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. The User is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the Brand, and the Brand will cover the cost of shipping the new product to the User.

Damaged or Defective Products:

The Brand will replace or refund any product that is damaged or defective. The User must contact the Brand within 7 days of delivery to report any damaged or defective products.


In the event of a dispute regarding the return of a product, the User and the Brand agree to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiations, the User and the Brand agree to submit the dispute to arbitration, in accordance with the laws of India.

This Return Policy constitutes an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of the online shopping platform provided by the Brand, and the User agrees to be bound by this Return Policy as well as the terms and conditions.

We at reroute have crafted our footwear for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products  and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and try the comfort we have crafted, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

  • unused and the same condition as you received it
  • the original packaging.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned after seven days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

Exclusive Sale

  • Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
  • In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
  • Exchange is subject to size availability

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the returned package.
