Reroute offers free shipping on all orders within India.
Reroute aims to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days within India, subject to serviceability of courier partner pin codes. Reroute will make every effort to deliver the orders within the estimated delivery time, but cannot guarantee delivery times. The delivery time may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of reroute, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, and customs delays.
Reroute uses a reliable third-party shipping service to deliver all orders. Reroute will provide the User with a tracking number for their order, which the User can use to track the delivery status of their order.
Signature Upon Delivery:
A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over a certain value. If a signature is required, the User must be available to sign for the delivery. If the User is not available to sign for the delivery, the delivery service may leave a notice for the User to pick up the delivery at a local facility or arrange for a redelivery.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the User, the User will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If a package is returned or undeliverable for any other reason, reroute will make every effort to contact the User to arrange for a redelivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
Reroute is not responsible for damaged or lost packages, but will make every effort to assist the User in resolving the issue with the shipping service.
